Motivation is the key of learning. Although the constituents of the learning environment are not new, it has been observed that all training focus mainly on the concepts, facts and procedures of a subject. To absorb the subject effectively learner needs a teaching method, which should encourage the learner’s exploitation and independence. Audio-visual presentations with stronghold of animations and interactivities add a new dimension to understand subject concepts. We are actively involved in developing computer aided learning resources. We have invented novel way of teaching/learning subjects of technical education. We appreciate the fact that Our CD ROMs are intended of relieving teachers of their traditional activities while enabling them to fulfill their true vocation of leading students out of ignorance these CD ROMs revolutionize the teaching activity. Our panels of subject experts are experienced classroom guru and distance education advisers. Their strength lies in conceptualization of curriculum development and online instructional design experience and propensity of making lessons stimulating and vivacious.
