System Details: The system is developed using client server model with central database server. System automates ordering, vendor selection, purchasing, stock entry, dispatch. User can track complete record of one particular medicine right from its approval for purchase to its distribution to various PHC. Its comprehensive reporting facility generates many useful management reports including Grant utilization, Group wise / Manufacture wise / Batch wise stock, Expiry watch, Distribution chart of single medicine, medicines consumed by a PHC in terms of cost, etc. This software also alerts near to expiry medicines, under utilization of stock and non received orders. It allows dispatch of goods on the basis of their expiry dates and alarms with expiry warning notifications.
